Ingredient:
400 gm Melted Butter
400 gm Castor Sugar
5 no’s Egg
250 gm Egg White (meringue)
450 ml Fresh Milk
800 gm Soft Flour
20 / 40 gm Baking Powder

Method :
1. Beat the butter, egg and castor sugar until fluffy.
2. Pour in the fresh milk, then followed by the flour and baking powder.
3. Fold in the meringue.Add some filling or other items such as chocolate chips, raisins and so on.
